    Nice article, though it repeats what I read here and there.
    What I miss is a mention of Evernote. I admit I have no experience with Web-chops, but Evernote is – in my opinion – state-of-the-art notetaking software.

    Anyone have experience with yWriter? It looks great…but the publisher is unverified so I’m a little hesitant to download.

      The guy who writes yWriter has been publishing his software for years and is much-beloved. As long as you get yWriter from his site, I’d say you have little to worry about.
